Co-Pilot Rains Blows On Captain Inside Cockpit

Now this is completely unacceptable.Yesterday April 05, an Air India co-pilot was said to have reportedly beaten his Captain inside the cockpit of an Airbus A320.
This incident occured before take off of Air India's flight AI 611 at Jaipur Airport bound for Delhi.
Reports indicate that all the Captain asked his co-pilot to do was to fill up the trim sheet.Completing the trim sheet is one of the procedures taken care of before takeoff,so the captain clearly didn't ask anything unusual to be done. The sheet is made of of figures regarding total number of passengers on board, take off fuel and so on.That is said to be what angered the co-pilot,which led him to beat up the captain.
Without attempting to retaliate, the Captain, who's identity wasn't given, proceeded with the flight to Delhi.Reporting the incident would have definately resulted in a cancelled flight.I guess that was what the Captain was trying to avoid.
According to reports of other pilots of Air India,it seems this particular co-pilot is a habitual bully since he reportedly fought with another captain somewhere around 2012.
Another captain complained about his "rude and unbecoming" behaviour in the cockpit. Here the said pilot clearly shows a repetitive pattern yet nothing is being done.
Well If you should ask me about my opinion, I am equally disappointed and shocked as to why this should be happening for the third time. When were they waiting to officially report this co-pilot?Why should this happen again for the third time? Are we waiting for a tragedy to occur before conducting a background check on this co-pilot?
Like the saying goes twice is a coincidence and three times,it becomes a pattern. This issue needs to be examined by the Director General Of Civil Aviation of India and the said co-pilot needs to be sanctioned appropriately.
