SAA scoops best african airline award for the 9th time

For the ninth running year, South African Airways (SAA) has won the Best African Airline Award at the Business Traveller Awards, the airline announced on Monday.

Receiving the 2015 Business Traveller Award for ‘Best African Airline’ further cements the airline’s growing reputation,” said Tim Atkinson, SAA Head of International Airports.
English writer, broadcaster, and actor Gyles Brandreth hosted the Business Traveller Awards at the Royal Garden Hotel.
SAA beat competition from Kenya Airways, Ethiopian Airlines and Egypt Air.
Atkinson said th latest accolade, which is regarded as the “benchmark for excellence” in the market, joined the numerous awards they had received this year, “including a 4-Star Airline Skytrax ranking for the 13th year in a row”.
Readers who read the Business Traveller magazine, vote for the winners as the Awards allow them to reward products and services they value. The magazine, which was first launched in the UK in 1976, now has 10 editions worldwide.
